Scope of Services

ALYAA, operating in Roing & Itanagar, provides a comprehensive range of placement consultancy services, including Housekeeping, Nanny, and Tutor placements.

Website Ownership and Terms

This website is owned and operated by ALYAA. The Company reserves the sole right to modify the Terms and Conditions at any time.

Independent Service Providers

Please note that the Housekeeper/Nanny/Tutor ALYAA Partners listed on our platform are independent service providers and not employees of ALYAA. They are seeking employment or work opportunities through our platform. An ALYAA Partner is a verified individual who has registered with our platform to offer housekeeping, nannying, or tutoring services.

Client/Customer Agreement

It is important that the Client reads and fully understands the terms and conditions as it establishes the working relationship between ALYAA Services and the Client.

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the provision of services by ALYAA ("Company") to its clients ("Clients"). By engaging the services of ALYAA, Clients agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

General

  1. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between ALYAA and the Client, governing the provision of consulting services and/or the placement of a ALYAA Partner (ALYAA ALYAA Partner). ALYAA specializes in placing housekeepers, nannies, and tutors, and offering related consultancy services to families.

  2. (To become a client, individuals must complete the online Registration Form. If online registration is not possible, a signed copy of the Terms and Conditions must be submitted to ALYAA. By completing either of these steps, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the Terms and Conditions.)

  3. Documentation Handling: ALYAA handles the initial documentation process for the ALYAA Partners, including obtaining their biography, and background check. However, Clients are strongly advised to independently verify all documents and references provided. This ensures that the service provider is free of any criminal charges and meets the Client's specific requirements.

    ALYAA Services strives to match Clients with ALYAA Partners who are well-suited to their family profile. However, we cannot be held responsible for any criminal activities committed by an ALYAA Partner after placement.

  4. Limitations of Responsibility: While ALYAA endeavours to employ trustworthy and reliable individuals as employees, it shall not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from theft, misplacement, or disappearance of the Client's belongings or property during the provision of employee services. Additionally, ALYAA shall not be liable for instances of sexual harassment or misconduct perpetrated by the assigned employee. While ALYAA takes measures to ensure the reliability and trustworthiness of its employees, it cannot guarantee the actions or behaviour of individuals outside the scope of their employment duties. In the event of any such incidents, the Client agrees to address the matter directly with the appropriate authorities and indemnify ALYAA against any resulting claims or damages.

  5. Property Protection: Clients are encouraged to secure any valuable items or sensitive information prior to the commencement of employee services. In the event of any suspicion of theft or loss, the Client shall notify ALYAA immediately, and ALYAA shall cooperate fully with any investigation conducted by law enforcement authorities.

  6. Safety and Inspection: Clients are advised to inspect the ALYAA Partner's belongings upon arrival and departure.

  7. Clear expectations help avoid issues. Provide the ALYAA Partners thorough instructions upfront on how you like things done. Follow up after visits to address any areas needing improvement. With good communication, you and the service provider can get on the same page.

  8. Service Fee: All Fees are payable before the commencement of the services. Clients are required to pay full amount including GST once an ALYAA Partner is assigned to them. The rates displayed are exclusive of GST. There is a One hour minimum of service bookings. For an increase in every 30 minutes service after the designated booked hours Rs 100 will be charged.

  9. The clients/customers shall abide by the “Set of Instructions” provided by ALYAA Services during the service.

  10. Cancellation Policy: If a client chooses to cancel the contract during the service time, the service amount is non-refundable. However, if the Client cancels the service 24 hours prior to start time, the service amount paid is fully refundable. If less than 24 hours notice is given the Client shall be liable to pay the ALYAA Partner 15% of the service rate.

  11. Responsibility Limitation for Tasks Outside Scope: ALYAA is not responsible for tasks that fall outside the agreed-upon scope of employee services. Clients cannot require ALYAA Partners to perform duties beyond their job description or reduce their salary. If an ALYAA Partner leaves due to such requests, ALYAA will not be obligated to replace the ALYAA Partner or refund any payments made by the Client.

  12. Clients are prohibited from engaging in any business dealings with service providers referred by ALYAA without prior consent from ALYAA Management. All service providers have signed agreements with ALYAA that prohibit them from accepting additional work from current or former ALYAA clients without the company's approval.

  13. ALYAA prioritizes the safety and well-being of our service providers. We reserve the right to decline service to any client who may pose a threat to their safety.

  14. Dispute Resolution and Legal Matters: ALYAA Services acts as a platform connecting Clients and service providers. ALYAA services shall help resolve minor disputes arising between them during or after the employment period. This includes issues related to discipline, conduct, or any other aspect of the working relationship. ALYAA may be contacted for Grievance redressal. However, in matters of grave seriousness, we recommend that Clients and service providers resolve such issues directly or seek legal counsel if necessary.

  15. By creating an account on ALYAA Services or hiring a ALYAA Partner introduced by us, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, regardless of whether you have signed a physical copy.
