An ALYAA Partner is a verified individual who has registered with our platform to offer housekeeping, nannying, or tutoring services.
It is important that the ALYAAPartner reads and fully understands the terms and conditions as it establishes the working relationship between ALYAA Services and the ALYAAPartner.
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the provision of services by ALYAA ("Company") to its ALYAAPartners. By engaging the services of ALYAA Services, ALYAAPartners agree to abide by these terms and conditions:
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between ALYAA and the ALYAAPartner, governing the provision of consulting services and/or the placement of an ALYAAPartner. ALYAA specializes in placing housekeepers, nannies, and tutors, and offering related consultancy services to families.
To become an ALYAAPartner, individuals must complete the online Registration Form. If online registration is not possible, a signed copy of the Terms and Conditions must be submitted to ALYAA. By completing either of these steps, the ALYAAPartner acknowledges and agrees to the Terms and Conditions.
Documentation Handling: ALYAA handles the initial documentation process for ALYAA Partners, including obtaining their biography, and background check. This is to ensure that the ALYAAPartner is free of any criminal charges and meets the customer's specific requirements.
ALYAA Services strives to match customers with ALYAA Partners who are well-suited to their family profile. However, we cannot be held responsible for any criminal activities committed by an ALYAA Partner after placement.
Limitations of Responsibility While ALYAA endeavours to employ trustworthy and reliable individuals as employees, it shall not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from theft, misplacement, or disappearance of the customer's belongings or property during the provision of our services. Additionally, ALYAA shall not be liable for instances of sexual harassment or misconduct perpetrated by the assigned AALYAA Partner. While ALYAA takes measures to ensure the reliability and trustworthiness of its employees, it cannot guarantee the actions or behaviour of individuals outside the scope of their employment duties. In the event of any such incidents, the ALYAAPartner agrees to address the matter directly with the appropriate authorities and indemnify ALYAA against any resulting claims or damages.
Property Protection: In the event of any suspicion of theft or loss, the ALYAAPartner shall cooperate fully with any investigation conducted by law enforcement authorities.
Safety and Inspection The ALYAAPartner will allow the customers to inspect their belongings upon arrival and departure.
There is a One hour minimum of service bookings. For an increase in every 30 minutes service after the designated booked hours Rs 100 will be charged.
Service Fee: The ALYAA Partners will be paid at the end of the day after 9 PM. The service rates in the website are inclusive of the 25% of the ALYAA service fees displayed.
The ALYAA Partner shall abide by the “Set of Instructions” provided by ALYAA Services during service.
Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation, the ALYAA Partners are advised to cancel the service 24 hours prior to start time.
Responsibility Limitation for Tasks Outside Scope: ALYAA is not responsible for tasks that fall outside the agreed-upon scope of employee services. customers cannot require ALYAA Partners to perform duties beyond their job description or reduce their salary. If an ALYAA Partner leaves due to such requests, ALYAA will not be obligated to replace the ALYAA Partner or refund any payments made by the customer.
ALYAA Partners are prohibited from engaging in any business dealings with customers referred by ALYAA without prior consent from ALYAA Management. All customers have signed agreements with ALYAA that prohibit them from providing additional work to current or former ALYAA Partners without the company's approval.
ALYAA Services prioritizes the safety and well-being of our ALYAA Partners. We reserve the right to decline service to any customer who may pose a threat to their safety.
Dispute Resolution and Legal Matters: ALYAA Services acts as a platform connecting our customers and ALYAA Partners. ALYAA services shall help resolve minor disputes arising between them during or after the employment period. This includes issues related to discipline, conduct, or any other aspect of the working relationship. ALYAA may be contacted for Grievance redressal. However, in matters of grave seriousness, we recommend that customers and ALYAA Partners resolve such issues directly or seek legal counsel if necessary.
By creating an account on ALYAA Services or providing a service introduced by us, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, regardless of whether you have signed a physical copy.
